Barrel Integrity Solutions is the outcome of an idea that became a small scale research and development project. We have will have patent applications filed at the USPTO, CIPO, EPO, and JPO.
Barrel Integrity Solutions is focused on, has the formulary for, and is capable of processing distilled spirits to produce bourbon, whiskey, scotch, cognac, brandy, rum, port, sherry, and wine products. We will operate in three planned marketing and sales channels to deliver those products..
Our innovation is based on retaining the construct and integrity of the barrel. We move the barrel from the warehouse to a chamber, and focus on four specific process factors: Gas, Pressure, Cycle, and Time. The result is an approximated 78% improvement in ageing time.
